Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of Bhavya Resort’s website and to reservations and stays at Bhavya Resort Jaisalmer and Bhavya Leopard Jawai.

Certain terms differ between the two properties, particularly cancellation and refund conditions. The property-specific terms communicated at the time of reservation form part of your booking.

If a booking-specific written confirmation contains a term that is more specific than a general provision on this page, the booking-specific term will apply to that reservation to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Reservations & Confirmation

Reservations may be arranged directly with Bhavya by telephone, WhatsApp or email, or through an online reservation or payment process made available by us.

An enquiry, availability discussion or rate quotation does not by itself guarantee a reservation. A reservation is considered confirmed once the applicable confirmation requirements have been completed and Bhavya has issued or communicated confirmation.

Guests are responsible for checking the property, room or suite category, travel dates, guest details, inclusions and applicable cancellation conditions before confirming their reservation.

Rates & Payments

Accommodation rates may vary according to the property, room or suite category, occupancy, travel dates, season and inclusions. The rate and payment terms communicated for your reservation at the time of confirmation will apply to that booking.

Any applicable taxes or other charges forming part of the reservation will be communicated as part of the booking process.

Bhavya may accept payments directly and also uses Airpay for online payment processing. Where Airpay is used, the payment transaction may also be subject to Airpay’s applicable terms and processing requirements.

Bhavya Resort Jaisalmer · Standard Dates

The following reservation and cancellation policy applies to standard dates at Bhavya Resort Jaisalmer, except during the festive periods described in the next section.

Bhavya Resort Jaisalmer · Festive Dates

Special reservation terms apply during the following festive periods at Bhavya Resort Jaisalmer:

• Diwali period: from three days before Diwali Pujan through ten days after Diwali Pujan.
• Year-end period: 18 December through 3 January each year.

Bhavya Leopard Jawai · Cancellation Policy

Reservations at Bhavya Leopard Jawai are non-refundable.

The applicable payment amount and payment schedule will be communicated during the reservation process. Once a reservation has been confirmed, amounts paid toward that reservation are non-refundable.

Check-In & Check-Out

The following standard arrival and departure times apply unless a different arrangement has been confirmed by Bhavya in writing.

Children, Pets & Identification

• Children: children of all ages are welcome at Bhavya properties.
• Pets: pets are permitted. Guests travelling with a pet should inform the property before arrival so that any relevant arrangements or property guidance can be communicated.
• Identification: guests are requested to present valid government-issued identification with valid address proof as part of the property’s guest-registration process.

Guest Policy · Bhavya Resort Jaisalmer

Bhavya Resort Jaisalmer welcomes couples, families and mixed groups. Male-only groups are not accommodated.

Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, team members and reasonable safety or operational instructions communicated during the stay.

Experiences & Additional Services

Some experiences, transfers, dining arrangements and other services may be included with a stay, while others may be optional and available at an additional charge. The applicable inclusions and charges will be communicated for the relevant reservation or experience.

Outdoor and destination experiences may be affected by weather, local conditions, availability, safety considerations or other operational circumstances. Bhavya may adjust, reschedule or decline an experience where reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation and for ensuring that their travel arrangements, documents and personal requirements are in order before arrival.

Guests should promptly inform the Bhavya team if any material information relating to a reservation changes before arrival.

A guest may be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for loss or damage to Bhavya property caused deliberately or through the guest’s negligent conduct.

Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control

Travel and hospitality services can sometimes be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a property, including severe weather, government restrictions, disruptions to essential services, natural events or other exceptional circumstances.

If such circumstances materially affect a reservation or Bhavya’s ability to provide a confirmed service, we will communicate with the affected guest and explain the options reasonably available in the circumstances, subject to applicable law and the confirmed booking terms.

Website Information

Bhavya aims to keep information on its website accurate and current. Property features, experiences, photographs, inclusions and other information may nevertheless change as the properties and services evolve.

A website description does not override the specific rate, inclusions, accommodation details or reservation conditions communicated and accepted for an individual booking.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Bhavya name, branding, website design, written content, photographs and other original material appearing on this website are owned by or used with the permission of Bhavya.

Website material may be viewed for personal and non-commercial purposes. It should not be reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without appropriate permission from the relevant rights holder.

Applicable Rights & Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or override any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law.

Bhavya’s responsibilities in relation to an individual reservation will be determined by the confirmed booking terms together with any rights and obligations arising under applicable law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and reservations made directly with Bhavya are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rights available under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions or a direct reservation with Bhavya will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Changes to These Terms

Bhavya may update these Terms & Conditions when its properties, services, reservation practices or applicable legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page. Changes to the general website terms do not retrospectively replace specific reservation terms already confirmed with a guest unless agreed or required by applicable law.
